Incoming calls can be set to ring at multiple extensions simultaneously until the call is answered. The callers remain in a queue and do not time out to voicemail. An ideal tool for sales or support.

bizphone’s pbx can be configured to give priority to the most productive members of your sales and support teams as they become available.
Call Recording
Bizphone’s hosted pbx offers call recording on a demand basis and permanently. This can be provided on a case by case basis. A useful tool for monitoring the quality of sales or service calls. The recordings can be played on your iPod or other media player as you move between meetings or can be played on most PC based media software.
IVR (Interactive Voice Response)

Extension Mobility
Take your SIP phone with you, wherever you go, globally. Employees carry their SIP phones with them when working out of the office. To connect to Bizphone’s hosted pbx they need only to plug into an internet connection on arrival. Same direct dial extension number, different location. This principle applies inside your office complex too.
Multiple locations from a single pbx
Using Biz Phone our customers can connect multiple office locations on a single pbx, we are offering one single virtual office.
Ring Groups
A number phones can be assigned to a group number (i.e. a sales department number) which will then have incoming calls routed to them simultaneously. The phones can either ring in tandem or in rotation. When the telephone is answered all phones stop ringing. This service is ideal for general sales and customer service departments. This feature can be used in conjunction with the incoming call prioritisation feature.
